Very friendly staff. The fluff and fold service is reasonably priced and the service is quick. My family has been using these cleaners for many years and have always received excellent service.

I had been taking all of my dry cleaning there for 5 years. They had done some good work on alterations and a decent job on cleaning my outfits. I took my new black leather jacket in to have them steam it only to take wrinkles out. This is something they had done many times before for several of my outfits. This time they burned the back of my jacket, causing it to bunch up and wrinkle in the middle. They refused to admit fault and were unwilling to negotiate. This was a $230 custom made jacket, that took several months to have made and delivered. I found it hard to believe that I have given Burbank Washette hundreds of dollars over the years, but they were unwilling to compensate me for a ruined jacket and were unwilling to credit me for any future services, and they were unwilling to admit any fault whatsoever! I will not go back, and am still contemplating legal action.

Dropped off some pants for alterations after a month they had not did the work. Luckily I didn't need the pants right away. Honest mistake
