Our icemaker needed to be replaced. He quoted $100.00, seemed fair so we agreed. He returned with an icemaker for an older model refrigerator and said it will be fine. It wasn't so I called him to make it right. He told me he'd replace it with the correct one for another $100.00. We felt like he misrepresented what he sold and was taking advantage of us. He's lost our business.

My oven door kept separating. Just before closing, I took a screw to Burtons and asked them if they could order the screws to hold the oven door together. I left the screw and was called early next a.m. to pick them up. They took screws from an old appliance.........NO CHARGE! How nice. When my refer stopped working after power outage I called Burtons. The young man repaired it in my home with a house call. Recommendation 100%.

Always excellent service and courteous sales people. Their prices and product quality are the best. They service what they sell, and give prompt repair service as opposed to the "big box" stores where you often have to wait for someone to come from out of our area. I like the fact that I have local people servicing and delivering my appliances. Personal customer service. Buy from Burton's! They're the BEST!
