This is my first time visiting this place. We went for Bún bò Huế (S4), a flavorful and spicy beef noodle soup, along with Phở bò (P1), the classic beef pho. We also had Gỏi đu đủ (A8), the Papaya salad with Grilled Shrimp.
The food here is pretty good! I truly enjoyed the flavors, especially the way they presented the dishes. They came with chili oil and hoisin sauce, which enhanced the taste even further. On the side, there was a big plate of mixed salad with lime, bean sprouts, and basil, adding a refreshing touch to the meal.
I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a delightful culinary experience with Vietnamese food.
Had the pho special with all the meats. Broth was a little lighter than I expected but had extra depth of flavor from the beef brisket. Liked that they had green papaya salad, I usually order this when I see it's on the menu. Nice to have something that's flavorful and refreshing over the standard fried options. Good spring roll options, will have to try those next time. Service was great, the staff was super polite and attentive. The space is nice and cleaner than most other pho spots as well.
