Horrible customer service, my car has been there since April 26th and I have received very minimal communication. The only time I am communicated with is when I reach out to ask for updates. I reached out today June 4th for an update and spoke to my Service Advisor Charlie. His response to me is I haven’t called because there isn’t an update. Excuse me, you just got my car back from the Mercedes dealership and the only reason I know that is because they answered my calls and responded to me. Pretty sure that is something that you should communicate to your customer. Updates on where my vehicle is at in the repair process would be helpful instead of being left in the dark.
I asked for a call back from the GM this morning and have yet to receive a response, we will see how long it takes for them to reach out.
