I love this place, compared to all other loan shops it really is sets the bar high. I mean I go in there knowing for a fact that I'm going to be in a clean cool friendly establishment with honest and genuine professionals. This transaction like many others, walked my silver in and under 3 minutes was walking out with a handful of cash. Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrendous service. These people are crooks. They are lying, cheating, scumbags. I cannot even fathom how they have stayed in business, oh ya because they rip people off. I saw a poor woman turn in a beautiful ring and get completely taken advantage of. That ring was worth 10 times more than what they offered her for it. She was a cancer patient literally dying. I wish I could give - negative stars. Will never come here again.
