appt was 25 min late. I had a parking ticket when left and I went to have some precancerous spots frozen off and they ran out of the liquid they use so my appt was completely useless.

Doctor turnover leads to issues refilling prescriptions. To get a refill, they will make you come in. There was no exam, just a 10 second “how’s it going?” They won’t do this by phone and want you to come in and pay every year or whenever your doctor leaves the practice just to get refills.

Karen Chen PA-C is fantastic. Very "present" in appointments, listens to concerns well, and has a very calm and knowledgeable speaking style. Recommend!
