My experience with California Towing & Recovery was nothing short of a disaster, leading me to strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. Their level of unprofessionalism and carelessness goes beyond anything I have ever encountered.
When my car needed towing to my apartment complex, I expected at least a basic level of service and respect for legal parking norms. However, what I received was a complete disregard for my explicit instructions. The driver's decision to recklessly leave my vehicle in a red zone, a clear no-parking area, was not just unprofessional but bordered on the negligent.
