We waited for an hour before we even saw the doctor. No communication from staff as to when we could see the doctor.

Received a call because someone used my number and went to correct it, but their call system just sends in circles. Likely just a scam to get peoples info.

Drove 30 mins to this clinic due to it stating it was open, upon arrival it was in fact closed. I’m aware that it’s a holiday and that it states it “may be closed” but being that this is an URGENT care it should be a bit more specific due to the possibility of someone having an actual emergency or it being the only available option to someone in desperate times.
