The office staff was excellent. She made sure the technicians had the right part on their truck to fix my problem. The technicians were very competent, professional and informative, and fixed my problem in short order.

Larry and Mike arrived on time. This time, my newer swamp cooler had a strange squeaking noise. Eventually, Larry discovered that the screw holding the smaller pulley wheel in place had fallen off. Apparently, they've seen this problem in a number of newer coolers like mine. Fortunately, it was caught before there was any real damage. And at the office, Pine was kind enough to give me their senior discount. I appreciate the Campbell's staff for taking care of my cooling needs.
