I am very disappointed with the customer service in the Service department. I can understand the challenges that have occurred for them with all that has come from Covid, but that’s not an excuse for making customers feel like they are just not cared for. No one calls me back, even when my vehicle is there in the shop. I go around and around trying to get in touch with ANYONE that will respond to my questions. I am very disappointed with this dealership’s service department.
