Since getting the CardTapp App, the quality of my work has gone up significantly. I am a recruiter and as a recruiter I talk to and try to reach as many people as possible. CardTapp definitely makes this possible. I love it and my applicants love it! I customize it in a way that the correct information I want my guys to see happens the moment I update anything.

Just found out that CardTapp just started charging me a monthly fee on top of my regular annual charges. When asked they said they emailed me saying they added a feature that I was supposed to opt out of or start paying... I checked - no email ever received. They are now asking me to write a letter and mail it to headquarters, cuz they can't refund the fees without that. I this not a tech company? Now they want a mailed letter? Why so they can stall and pretend not to have received it? In the meantime I'm out hundreds of dollars. BTW you can probably get their product for free. Not worth it! to be clear, unauthorized charges - not refunded...

Buyer Beware! I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up. Unfortunately I paid over $700.00 for a year of this app in advance. I then got charged an extra $45 with out prior consent and was never provided any explanation on why I was charged. I tried it for 3 months and it is definitely not for me, so I decided to cancel. They will not refund any portion of my payment! Asked to speak to a manager with no luck. This company will happily collect your money, then very poor customer service after the sale. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is a joke.
