Do not go with this home health provider. They provide subpar services in terms of ordering needed supplies to carry out care,, coordinating with family to schedule visits (and actually showing up for said visits), and discharging patients without prior notification or guidance. This kind of service leaves patients and their caregivers in the lurch when providing care and comfort to their loved ones. The management team does not know how to manage their staff appropriately in terms of time management and accountability.. The one nurse we did work with regularly complained of not enough staff for the coverage area, accountability from leadership and basically doing their required duties in care. I would not recommend this agency especially if you value the health and wellbeing of your loved ones.
