I just wanted to say that my husband and I are soooo glad we had Caroline in our corner during this whole process. We new it would be a challenge to not only sell our home but also finding a new one as I am picky, lol. We feel she went above and beyond and took care of everything for us and helped calm our nerves as we were asking her many many questions. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home. She really listens to your needs!

Caroline was recommended to us by a friend who had previously both purchased and sold a home with Caroline. Caroline was very thorough from start to finish! During initial planning for the sale of our home, Caroline visited and provided excellent (and honest) advice regarding what needed to be done for optimizing sale of our home. At the time of listing, Caroline arranged for top notch professional photography to clearly show the home's features. Upon listing, besides MLS she utilized every possible avenue to increase visibility of the listing. Within days we had an offer from a client Caroline had been working with, she made the connections. This was an offer contingent upon the sale of the buyers home, and until the contingency was satisfied Caroline continued efforts to keep the listing fresh and explore alternatives. Once sold, Caroline handled everything and followed through for every step required. This was all during the peak of Covid19 pandemic which, given restrictions, could have made for a very long and frustrating sale process. We couldn't be happier in choosing Caroline as our realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell. Caroline is AMAZING!!! We sold our house quickly and she helped facilitate it all. She’s excellent with communication, timeliness, and a pleasure to work with. We appreciated all of her hard work and hands-on approach. Highly recommend!!!
