First I have to say I haven’t been in this store. This review is about how HONEST is the owner of this place. Yesterday I lost 1500 dollars outside a store in Redding. When I call them to ask they said the owner of Carol’s Lock & Key found it in the parking lot and brought it inside. I really want to thank whoever you are out there.

Called and she let me know the prices and verry respectfully told me would be better for me to remove so it would be cheaper. Came in the next morning and same price as phone call. She got right to work and got the job done right. Fixed the issue without breaking my pocket. Any lock problems this is your to go to place. They offer 24hour emergency services in case something happens. Great shop clean and verry fast and good service.
