Our experience at Cascade Chevrolet once again was a positive one from the time we arrived at the dealership to when we drove off the lot with our new Chevy Tahoe Premier. Randy our salesman was professional, knowledgeable & patient. Randy exceeded our expectations as he has done for us in the past with our last vehicle purchase. Mark Burwell our finance manager, was efficient, knowledgeable, took time to explain all purchasing options which was greatly appreciated.

I had my 2019 Sierra 3500 crew cab in the body shop to repair both drivers side doors after they were crunched in. It took longer than initially estimated (some unforeseen things came up), but the staff were great at communicating what was happening and keeping things moving along. The truck looks as good as new!
