Great store with very nice and helpful staff that want to help you. I felt like they cared about what I was purchasing and was not just trying to turn over equipment. I will use them in the future for sure.

Definitely 5 stars. I purchased an old demo cooktop from them for $25. The owner treated me like I was a high-end customer as well as her staff. All were friendly and helpful

I purchased a hood from them and had them install it, it was a smooth process from beginning to end. I shopped around at many stores Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, but in the end the won my business. If you are looking for appliances in the Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore area, this is the place to go. The owner is super cool and nice too!!
