Lee and his staff are wonderful! They were incredibly helpful in working with me on my broken hot tub and Charlie, the Technician was beyond great! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs hot tub repair or wants to purchase a new one.
Fantastic customer service! We actually received a faulty spa from Hot Springs, that constantly leaked. CWW attempted to fix locally, making several visits to the house, but was unable to. We understand that a leaking tub is incredibly rare, we were unlucky. The build quality on these spas is pretty incredible, so I suspect it must have been damaged in shipping.
We had already waited a year for delivery, as the factory was back-logged due to the pandemic, so you can imagine we were pretty disappointed when we started experiencing issues. More so when we learned that the warranty replacement could be 5-6 months due to the factory still playing catchup. The team at CWW, and Lee in particular, went out of their way to try and rectify the problem for us.
Ultimately Lee managed to get our placement into the production schedule much earlier than anticipated and we received our replacement a month later. Thanks to Ben, Dave & Uli for all their help. We love the hot tub, and the great customer service.
