If you are looking for a fitness trainer, I highly recommend Denise George! She will do a thorough consultation, listening to her customers on what they would like to achieve, following with a workout plan that best suits your goals! I’ve been working out with her for the last five months and definitely noticing a difference in my over all strength and the way my clothes fit!! She’s professional and reliable in every way!

I currently work out with Denise George. I’m 51 years old and a fast pace boot camp is just to hard o my body. In fairness I got off my routine e a couple years abs then through Covid have put on some weight. Denise has been AMAZING! I am meeting my strength goals abs continue to work on my endurance. Things are moving in my weight too! Denise has a workout plan that fits my every need and pushes me when I need pushing! She is a fabulous trainer with caring tactics BUT make no mistake excuses do t work! LOL! And that’s exactly what I need to stay motivated!! You wont disappointed!!
