I’ve been taking a class with Michael for almost a year. We focus on balance, strength building and coordination. Skills that I use throughout my daily life. Michael has a vast knowledge base, extensive experience and a keen ability to make modifications. His easy going and non-judgmental approach make our class enjoyable. I highly recommend him for 1:1 and group classes.

I came to Michael with a painful back and looking for some exercises to do. Michael worked with at my level and showed me stretching and strengthening exercises to build core strength and muscle building back exercises. He created a fitness program personally for me to improve
my back and over all health. He is knowledgeable and very supportive. I would highly recommend Michael if you are looking for a personal trainer.

I have been working with Michael privately and in a group for several months after a friend who has been working with him for several years suggested I contact him after my knee replacement surgery. I am grateful I did, as working with Michael has enriched my life so much. The work I do with Michael is practical, enjoyable, and supportive. He is kind, patient, and personable with a positive philosophy that everyone can benefit from movement and exercise at any age. And at this point in my life, I am appreciating exercise and it's benefits and attribute it all to Michael.
