Change Home Mortgage came highly recommended, so we decided to go with them for our refinancing. Amber was wonderful to work with and we felt very well taken care of. She was very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions through the application process. Rather than pushing our application through immediately, she took great care to avoid a credit check until speaking with us when she discovered that the current rates are higher than the rate we already have, with not enough of a savings for us to be happy with. We decided to wait until rates drop again and asked her to keep our application on file. Even though we decided not to move forward due to higher interest rates, we still had a 5 star experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Change Home Mortgage to anyone needing financing.

Change Home Mortgage was wonderful to work with. Chris explained everything well so we could make the best decisions. Jackie is so friendly and helped walk us through the whole process, making sure everything was taken care of and even helping us close escrow early!

I had the best experience working with Neal Kinder. He is honestly the best lander out there. He went above and beyond for me especially when I found home. I couldn't be happier with the knowledge I have gained about the process of homeownership. Any questions I had Neal and his team were very communicative and put my worries at ease.
