My granddaughter and I met with a funeral director to pre-arrange cremation for my son's remains. The "sale" of services was unexpected. That was something I had never dealt with when making funeral arrangements. At the time of my son's death, no one that we dealt with knew we had pre-arranged their services. There was a definite lack of communication and organization on their part.
