Chappelle's Towing

Justin helped us tow a Class C RV and I was so pleased with how he managed to get it into a tight spot. He did it all in one shot with finesse! Highly recommend these professionals.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt unsafe with the driver that assisted me the other day (Dillon). When he picked me up, I saw that his check engine light was on. He assured me that it was fine and it would turn off after there was fuel in it, so he took a detour to get some diesel. But when we were on the freeway on the way to my house, a flashing red light appeared next to the check engine sign and his truck entered shutdown mode, so he pulled over in between the on-ramp and the freeway, with cars going super fast on both sides, and had to call his supervisors. Obviously sometimes things happen that are out of our control, but this could have been avoided. I thought it was reckless of him to ignore the check engine light with a passenger and their car in tow. He was also holding his phone below the steering wheel and looking down for multiple seconds at a time to change the map/text while driving on the freeway and I felt unsafe. In addition to this, I received a parking ticket for the way that they parked my car (facing the wrong way on the street). When I asked them for the photos that they took at drop off so I wouldn't have to pay $55 for something I didn't do, they refused and offered no explanation except "my boss told me not to."

Dillon was by far the best tow driver we had hands down. My wife is very needy about her baby let alone being towed. He went above and beyond to appease her needs. Anything she mentioned that was a worry he took the time to reassure her that it wasn’t an issue for him or her followed up with a hands on explanation and example. If only chappelles had 5 more guys like him ,lol. No we really wanted to say thanks for getting there in a timely manner hooking us up and getting my wife safely home. Will be recommending him to others. If we’re in another pinch we will be giving him a call
