Progressive Roadside Assistance connected me with Forward Towing when my control arm joint broke following a poor repair. Munib arrived quickly and was friendly and professional. It took some extra work and creativity to unload my car at the shop without a working front tire, but he got the job done with excellent service!

Our Roadside Assistance sent us Forward Towing and they were amazing! After another local company said they would be there in 2-3 hours, we switched to Forward Towing and DJ came immediately, hearing our car was partially blocking traffic. He was very professional. He even popped the hood and showed us what had broke. He was very kind and super helpful. Would give them more stars if I could!

I highly recommend Forward Towing. They were fast, efficient and great communicators. I had such a good experience working with DJ during an extremely stressful car breakdown on the side of the highway. He was flexible, caring and went out of his way to tow my car during terrible holiday/rush hour traffic all while calmly navigating incorrect information from my insurance company. Forward Towing is excellent!!
