I can tell you 930 on Wednesday morning and there’s virtually nobody in the bank and the people were as nice as you would expect from any bank. Just a word of warning, they won’t take loose change at this location. You have to roll it yourself to deposit it, which they told me when I came in with a big envelope of it. . Says something about our banks when they no longer have those machines that count the coins for you and that they won’t even take it unless it’s rolled so I had to go to the local Walmart down the street and use the coin machine in their entranceway
The teller named CASIE was plain rude… I was so polite in requesting a document but she just outright ly refused doing it and raised her voice at me, w/o any reason, good thing the manager overheard her and informed her that it’s doable.. I requested the same document the other day at Wells Fargo and they gladly and respectfully granted my request w/o any problems in 5 mins. This kind of people should not even work in customers service, the feeling of being entitled to just be rude to anyone is unacceptable. I was in a very good mood and just like that , it got ruined because of how she treated me.Terrible!
