I was treated disrespectfully by an older Asian front desk clerk. All I did was a simple deposit. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. I'm never going back.

Really bad Customer service, I went there to open an account sat there for 40 minutes to find out that they could not help because they were closing in an hour. The agent should have communicated this before making us wait in the lobby and waste our time .

Best manager I have ever talked with. Mr Tran helped me opened a new banking account, very professional, fast and friendly.
