This branch seems to focus more on Private Clients, so there are only two teller windows, but they have a lot of self-serve ATMs in the lobby for making deposits or withdrawals so you won't have to wait in line for that. Plenty of free parking outside.

It is my first bad experience at this branch. Ms.Zoljargal Davaa approached us when we entered the bank yesterday. She asked us why we visited them and what we needed. She was very reluctant to help. The bank was almost empty and she asked us whether we had an appointment. After few awkward moments, she told us to wait. She asked irrelevant questions and she was definitely passive aggressive...
