Such a bad experience when I went in and tried to open a business account. I don't blame the personnel, but the overall attitude and culture. Not sure if it's different anywhere else at Chase.

Don't try to just walk in and open a business account. Either no one will be on staff or you'll wait for hours. Also, the moment you lack a piece of document or you're during any transition, they don't let you open an account and update information later.

Random audit people may want to join you in the cubicle so practice coziness. And patience.
