This branch is incompetent and actively hostile to customers. They basically chased me out of the branch while I waited to pay off my car loan. They asked me three times if I wanted to leave instead of wait, and requested I show them where Chase says I can pay in a branch - which I did. After I showed them that I could pay in a branch they again asked me to leave. I took them up on that offer and I'm closing my Chase account for good.
