There is a reason this location has 3 stars. The short black haired manager denied my Identification and my social security to pull out funds, then said 100 was the most I can pull out without an ID, which I had. They refused to acknowledge my identification unprofessionally, and felt confident with their job security as they are screwing with their own employers, the consumers and customers who use the bank. Very usnsatisfacory, they were confident to give me their buisness card when I asked for their name, so I refused, as she smiled getting pleasure from not helping a customer from chase. What a horrible way to treat other people.

I had to go in to this branch to inquire about money transfer issue I wasn't able to resolve online and on the phone. The tellers were super helpful and Randi (Assistant Vice President) went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Great tam!

Took 26 minutes of waiting (no one was in the lobby) just to tell me they have appointments in 4 min....my problem was a quick fix (banker told me themself) but I guess no one bothered to make it quick before their appointment with their clients.
