got sent to collections after they sent me a bill for the move out fee and advised they would get back to us cause they made a mistake on the bill. It's ridiculous how they never reach out again to confirm that i go the bill or anything like that, and on top of that, to get in touch with someone, it's crazy that they never answer the phone. It's clear that they don't care about customer service at all.

Bridgette was an amazing leasing agent. The location itself is good. Close to gym and target. Very easy going vibe. Giving 1 star as they charged us over $400 for routine painting after living there for just one year. I emailed for months trying dispute it and never received a single reply. I now have a debt collections agency coming to collect the $400. It's an good place to live but I suggest doing scheduling a final walkthrough if you don't want unnecessary charges that are impossible to dispute.

My Mil has been a resident at chateau woods over 9 years She used to love the staff and how sensitive they were to her reasonable request for repairs or any other concerns. Unfortunately the building has deteriorated since the new ownership has changed over the past year. As is common occurrence these days , Absentee owners don’t care enough to ensure the building is well managed and properly maintained . As evident in a current issues we are having with the elevator being out of order for over a week without any communication or suggestion when a repair can be expected . I would expect an owner that is interested in maintaining a quality building would speak with current residents . Not just empty promises that they care. Update 7/1 I am surprised I have not received a response and it has been 2 weeks and the elevator is not working
