David S #115 was the consummate professional! I had a difficult pick-up for my car (steep drive-way) en-route to a repair shop. His vehicle was too large to accomplish this tow. He said he would have to call a smaller truck. He said he wanted to check out my battery, told me he thought it was my starter. He evaluated the situation (steep driveway) and decided he would TRY to make this work for me! I have some experience in automotive repair and maintenance, I know a bit more than most about this process. David contemplated the situation, decided to help me anyway. He did a superlative job. I watched every move! David was so detailed on every aspect of this tow. He went over and above the expectations I expected. It worked perfectly, although it was more work for David. He made it work! He took the effort of a difficult situation. He called me when he delivered my car. Great Customer Service! David #115 is the BEST!!
