WARNING TO PARENTS OF NEWBORN BABIES! I would give zero stars if I could. Took over an HOUR to take my newborns blood samples. Something that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.. She stabbed my poor baby at least 20 times. Likely way more
My baby had an acne breakout on her neck and chest. As a concerned parent I called their advice line and the woman told me I need to bring her in immediately to be checked because it could be Scarlett fever. I attempted to get an appointment for my baby, but they couldn't fit me in. Even though my other child had an appointment there the same day.
I would not recommend this office to anyone, but especially parents to new babies.
