The work was done on time. All questions were answered in a timely manner...very friendly people to work with. Love the new system, and I especially love the fact I hear back promptly with any questions. Very efficient and very organized with paperwork etc. My new system is great!

I am a landlord and the heater broke in my rental as temperatures were dipping into the 30's. I reached out to my home warranty company and they and the vendor they contracted with were dragging their feet for WEEKS!!! Frustrated, I reached out to Facebook for recommendations on a Saturday and Soren Christensen reached out directly letting me know they could help that week. I explained the situation and Soren said he'd get back to me on Monday once he spoke to his vendor. The heater was replaced by Wednesday morning at a lower price for the entire replacement than just my portion through the home warranty company. THAT'S HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!! I am so impressed with Christensen Heating & Cooling. I am now a loyal customer and will be recommending them to everyone!! Thank you Soren, Tarrah and Mark! (3 weeks on and I am still fighting my home warranty company for the cash payout)
