Chuck was recommended to me by our RE agent, but that agent is my friend, so I definitely trusted his opinion, plus working with a local lender is the way to go. Chuck stayed in communication with us throughout the process, we were never left wondering what was going on. Chuck even came to our closing signing, I've purchased 2 housed previously and have never had our lender join us. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.
