Terrible customer service, ignored our emails after he found out we wanted a smaller floral package because we weren’t meeting his “minimums”. When questioned what those minimums were, he didn’t respond to our emails.

Worked with Jay for my wedding arrangements. Every trepidation a bride can have was set to ease, and the arrangements were exactly as I hoped. Such an awesome person to work with and exceptional work. Highly recommend.

Wow is an understatement on what Jay can do for any floral design or decoration. He surpassed all my expectations for my wedding at Terranea Resort. We initially showed him a couple pictures from pinterest and told him this is the style we're looking for. He took the pictures and transformed it into something we could never imagine. Walking into the Catalina Ballroom in Terranea on our wedding days was like walking into an elegant and beautiful room. Jay is extremely quick to respond and so easy to work with. The first time meeting him was at his shop in LA and he even made a sample centerpiece for us to look at. I didn't expect to see fresh flower center piece that was made in the morning. He was extremely approachable and easy going but with tons of professionalism. It's very hard to come by a man like Jay. My groomzilla was speechless when he saw the ceremony and ballroom flowers. Thank you Jay!
