I’ve called multiple times to speak to someone at the branch about opening an account to make certain I bring proper documentation, but no one answers. One time I had forgotten that I was on hold and went about my day only to return an hour later STILL ON HOLD!! I’ve called the 800 number as well, I know their hold music by heart! I can’t imagine if I had an issue, as an account holder, what might happen? No thank you. I’ll find another bank who occasionally answers the phone vs. never.
