City of Santa Cruz Resource Recovery Facility

I showed up to dump some wood (cost $13.80) and cardboard (free). Kip and the rest of the staff were very informative about where to go and what other things they accept: oil, coolant, lightbulbs, cardboard, (not paper as of 8/30/18), wood, car batteries, and metal scraps.

This place is amazing, everyone is so helpful and friendly. A lot of care taken in to how they recycle, really nice crew of people. Thank you for all you do!

Excellent resource for the people of Santa Cruz. They accept all recyclables and garbage. The fees are reasonable too. One car full of garbage cost $21. Card board, batteries and yard waste are free.
