I have a case and I am compliant with attending just don’t agree with the demands - the judge is actually making me hand over my personal information to a complete stranger who sued me and won the lawsuit. Since the judge doesn’t like me as a person for whatever reason she has decided to put Failure To Appear on my paperwork although I haven’t missed a day of court. It’s like I walked into a world of vengeance with her, she is in the way!!! And because of her personal issues I am now I danger of going to jail!!! I’m still in disbelief that there are judge so immature and unruly. Word of advice bring a lawyer, the judges can be bias for no reason, you need someone who knows how to counter sue and understands the law language.
