So i was in there today, trying to buy $9.00 hair ties only me and one other customer after 10 minutes of waiting for the employee to help me she didnt even turn an eye at me. I decided to leave and not buy the hair ties, this is where she accused me and my boyfriend of stealing a wallet i previously bought from them to which they would know because im signed up with their email program. She proceeded to make me open my wallet and prove to her it was mine. Then told me that i needed to leave when i called her out for ignoring me while i was trying to purchase something and accusing me when i wanted to leave. Thank you to dollarama where i bought the exact same hair ties for 2.50 when you guys up charge maybe think about being nicer to the people buying from you, i have personally spent hundreds of dollars in your store and never again. Fire the gapt toothed chick with blonde hair she has 0 customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! I booked an appointment online to get my nose peirced, I gave them my phone and email and it said I successfully booked an appointment. I then got there and told them I have an appointment and they said “oh we actually don’t have our piercer with us today.” I then replied with “oh. It said on your website you guys were able to do it.” I then just got a rude reply with “yea it does that sometimes”. I was quite upset and disappointed of the lack of costumer service. They could’ve easily called or emailed me letting me know that their system was down and that they weren’t able to do my peircing. They didn’t even apologize. It really goes to show that they don’t care.

Terrible management and poor customer service from the older woman with short dark hair . Unclean and unsanitary place in general let alone for peircing.
