Store doesn't open until 11 am. At least today (Thurs July 21). The sign says 10 am and google says 10 am. The lady inside wasn't very nice after I knocked on the door. Change your sign!!!! Now I have to deal with an upset little girl.

Honestly if I could give 0 reviews I would. My 6 year old sister got her ears pierced and they made them SO CROOKED. And they refused to give us a refund and blamed us for it being crooked!! DO NOT GO HERE! Go to a professional please.The gun that they use is not good for your ears. The employees have no idea what they’re doing and are not qualified to pierce ears.

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The sales associate was very patient and thorough. My daughter was happy with the experience despite the minor shock of the piercing gun. But overall a positive experience. I will definitely return when she can replace her earrings with a new pair.
