We were customers yesterday, September 4th, around 6:00pm and we had the best experience you could’ve had. We are from southern Oregon and the bugs there are horrid, especially around the lake, so our car was very very gross to say the least… the two employees scrubbed and scrubbed our car trying to get it spotless and even let us go through the car wash twice. They got it looking so good!!! We were so happy with the result. They were not satisfied and told us ways to get the stuff stained on the car off and we’re very nice the entire time we were there. We strongly recommend this place and appreciate their hard work and kindness

I just went to get a car wash and one of the guys started screaming at me and hitting my window. I accidentally had it on drive for like 2 seconds and was about to move it to neutral and he started hitting the window and screaming. Their response was that I was about to hit the car in front of me when the other car was already being washed in the closed space and I was just entering. Never coming back here again! That is no customer service.
