We had a plumbing emergency, a partially crushed main line. They were happy to take our money to do little jobs like snaking or even running the camera. They said they would send us a quote to take care of the job. But then they ignored call after call for weeks and wouldnt give us the time of day. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I had a lovely experience with Cliff septic. We had a mishap with another company, which ended up giving us a personal referral. Turns out the owner of Cliff Septic took really good care of us. I will be posting a video of one of our wedding guests taking an unsolicited video of his impression of how high quality this trailer was. We were all very impressed. For anyone interested in enjoying one of these awesome trailers, give major attention to the power needs they require in order to enjoy it in full.
