I brought a cuckoo clock that my wife received from her grandfather. We have been together for 35+ years and I have never seen it on the wall not to mention work. For Christmas this year I took it to the Clock House to go through it and get it working. Dropped it off the beginning of November covered with an 1/8” of dust on its face. I wanted to surprise my wife so it came out of the attic and right into the truck and dropped off same day. They said they would try to have it ready by Christmas but made no promises.
I received the call the Monday before Christmas and picked it up. My wife opened the box Christmas morning and at first didn’t recognize it. She is very happy, lots of memories from her childhood with her grandfather.
The cost was very reasonable for the work they performed.

I'm 47 and was born in Germany. My parents purchased a grandfather clock prior to our relocation to the US. Of all of the heirlooms, this alone remains with me. Over the years the clock has had chime rods replaced, etc., but hasn't ever sounded the same as when I was a child. After 15 years of being stored, I finally chose Clock House out of all WA State repair shops to restore the clock. The gentleman who spoke with me over the phone seemed very knowledgeable, was polite, and seemed determined to return the clock to us prior to the holidays so our grandchildren can share in it's splendor. I'll follow-up with a full review once the work has completed. The reason for this review and the high marks, is for the over-the-phone mannerisms of the employee causing comfort and confidence that this precious heirloom will be treated with respect.

I would highly recommend them. If you want a quality repair or service done look no further. We had them repair our grandfather clock they came to our house and took the mechanism out and took it to their shop and repaired it, don't remember it ever winding so smoothly and running so smoothly reasonably priced you get what you pay for.
