Carl, the owner of CMG automtive,was an upstanding mechanic indeed. He was true to his word, and a great guy. I've had my share of good experiences and horrible experiences when it comes to mechanics and cars and my experience with Carl is definitely at the top of the list in the good experiences category. If you care to read more I'll tell you my story with him.... Broke down outside Burlington at the rest area around 4pm Saturday. no other mechanic would see me that night, only in the morning... which meant missing 2 days of work and statying at the cold rest area all night. All quoted me 400$ to 500$ not including towing. A tow which was going to cost me 170$. Carl towed my car that night at 9pm, worked through the night till 4am to fix my water pump. He charged me 350$ altogether (what he quoted me even though it took longer then he expected). I gave him a 50$ tip for his trouble. My car got me all the way home to seattle that morning and is still running good now. I'm glad to have come by an honest mechanic, thanks Carl.
