I have worked with Mike Denslow on both homes I have purchased. My first home I bought 5 years ago when I first moved to the area. I recently just bought the last and was pleasantly surprised that Mike remembered me even though it had been a while and my last name had changed. I really appreciate Mike's attention to detail when it comes to home loans. He is very thorough when going over everything with you. I also liked that he would make sure we were aware of every option that could possibly happen when going through the process. Buying a home is very stressful, but working with Mike made the process seem easier and more relaxed. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you are in the market. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Mike was awesome! As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and honestly had no idea what I was doing. Mike took the time to explain everything that was happening, gave me tips about working with the builder and answered all of my questions with so much patience and clarity. He made me feel super confident in the whole home buying process and I was so thankful for his guidance throughout everything and would definitely work with him again!
