They were very friendly to us in the store, Hayden also gave us big discounts, we really appreciated that. However, we waited our product forever, they didn’t call, they never shipped it out. I don’t understand how could they make 3 mistakes on one wallet order? Emploees didn’t ship out products twice, supervisor or manager did not know?!
What happened: Hayden ordered a white wallet for us because they didn’t have that color. They never called us to inform the product was ready for pick-up, so I went there a week after the order was placed. They said they don’t have it, and can’t check the status of it due to their system problem, and will call back the next day. Didn’t get any call from them, so I called back the next day. They said don’t know what happen, and will call back later around 2pm. Niku(not sure the spelling) told me another employee put it in another costumer’s purchase that’s why they couldn’t find it. She wanted me to pick it up, but I said I won’t drive there again and again, it’s on the other side of the town and we are traveling soon. I said I can pick it up at the other store closer to me, she didn’t directly say no, but it wasn’t an option, so she would sent it over night. I didn’t get any package from them on the day!!! I was not happy because we’ve been waiting for 14 days. I called them, they said the wallet is at the store, sorry it wasn’t shipped out. Fine, we want the money back, tired of the ridiculousness, thank you. Hope they won’t make a mistake on my refund...plz..
