What a memorable stay on our road trip from SF to LA. Fun and quirky, very kind hosts and clean and efficient too. There’s a few motels to choose from in SS but I highly recommend this one - and the “fog lifter” coffee too was a hit!

We came upon this place last minute. They were nice enough to show us a room before we booked. It was awesome. All rooms have been update and the bed was brand a brand new Tempur-Pedic. The price was well below the expected for a Saturday night at the coast. This location is 5 minutes from downtown. But if you want to stay close to the hotel, the beach is across the street and there is a very good restaurant right next door. There is also two stores with =in a 30 second walk.

Needed a room at a reasonable rate. Called from SLO and spoke with the owner. He hooked us up with a huge room and safe parking for all three motorcycles. Breakfast was good and the conversations with the staff was great. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. And a great breakfast. Couldn’t be happier with the whole operation
