We have worked with Roger Morris from Coldwell Banker Bain of Capitol Hill twice now. The first time many years ago to buy our home and most recently to sell it. He is fantastic! He was so available and ready to help or answer questions. We had to have our house on the market faster than originally planned and he jumped into action to make sure it all got done. We could not have made it happen without his amazing assistance. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our home and we knew we were in great hands the entire time! I would not hesistate to recommend Roger Morris!

I worked with Dawn Leverett on selling my first house. The experience was beyond excellent. She made selling my house a stress-free experience. She was very professional and prepared. She worked fast and responded immediately on any questions I had . She also sent me plenty of information & research on what houses in my neighborhood are going for and what I can expect as far as proceeds go. There were no surprises and everything during this process of selling went flawlessly. The company she used for staging was amazing. Dawn was able to get several listings within less then a week. I never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready. Dawn explained very thoroughly so I could understand everything. I not only sold my house for more than what I was expecting but I also learned a little bit more than I knew before. I would recommend Dawn Leverett to anyone looking to sell a house.

Alex was a rockstar agent. We saw 20 something houses with inventory flying off the the shelves, but she was patient, stood by us, and guided us through what was required to be the winning offer on our house. She was a great negotiator, and I trust her very much. When someone broke in right before close, she was right there with us late at night getting supplies to clean up, board up, and coordinate everything with the selling broker. She jumps right in to do whatever is necessary. She also has the best connections for contractors and mortgage companies too. Thank you Alex!
