Comfort Zone Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

Absolutely AMAZING!!! We found each other when a big name vendor dumped on us at the last second on our home build by giving us an obscene bid for a dehumidifier we needed for our pool room. We decided to use Scott and are we happy we did. He is one of the most ethical, hard working people I know and the quality is unbelievable. The duct work looks like it should be on the space shuttle, everything is sealed tight, the mechanical room is incredibly organized, and the house is balanced perfectly. He was also amazing and patient working through an unbelievably bad experience we had with our builder, which constantly blocked Scott from doing work. In the end, we have 3 fabulous systems he did (upstairs, downstairs, and a dehumidification system for our swimspa room.) He did a ton of extra work to make sure we had proper exhaust and fresh air supply to turn over the high humidity in our spa room, and he built all the aluminum duct work we needed to handle the corrosive chlorine air. If you plan to do a dehumidifier, go to Scott (he might hate me for that because our DCA system was tough to install, but maybe check out Poolpak.) What was also cool was when the final inspection happened. The inspector looked in the mechanical room and said "Scott must have done this..." That speaks volumes.

Our customer referred us to Comfort Zone Mechanical to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system and we are so happy with the work Scott, the owner did for us. He also added a filter system to provide better air for our customers Scott is on another level when it comes to doing the job correctly and I could just tell he really cares about his customers. Highly recommended!!!
