I've been going to Commencement Bay Black since they opened here in NE Tacoma. I've never had a negative experience and always enjoy going into this store. Staff are knowledgable and the conversations are great! Prices are good and everyday has a sale for different items. Online ordering is super convenient and easy to use.

Need to have better customer service and fix your point system so that I don't have to come buy something twice a day everyday just to accumulate a discount it's ridiculous I have to drive to zips just to get one now daily and I only live 4 minutes away from this establishment. Also the line here is so long I turn around and leave . You have so many employees but yet you can't get the line out fast enough.that is real annoying it should not take over a hour just to get to the bud tender especially online orders are slower than the actual line. Most of the bud tenders after a sale walk around drinking energy drinks in between customers instead of helping. Horrible points and discount system.need to update and or have better deals and discounts. The app doesn't even work properly to keep track of points earned it's frustrating
